Sourcing of Fabrics: Out of many factors for quality garments, prominent one is to maintain the quality of the fabrics. The quality control team of our company strictly monitors every stage of production. In case of rare item which is not available in local market Fashion Bangladesh has strong sources for fabrics in China & Hong Kong.
Sourcing of Accessories: Accessories is another factor for quality garments and in time shipment. Fashion Bangladesh has own sources of accessories within the country as well as in China & Hong Kong.
Sampling: To give prompt service in sampling Fashion Bangladesh has own sample section and a strong dedicated team is working in this section to provide samples within minimum possible time according to the requirements of respective buyers.
Pricing: We always aware about the importance of price especially in today’s competitive market. Our technical experts are focusing on how to control the cost of production so that the customer can buy the same quality product with reduced prices. Our experts advices the factory about the suitable process routes and other recommendations to control the costs, achieve better quality, reduced lead time and wastage and increase the efficiency.
Follow up: We always focus on movement and value of information. We have a highly skilled merchandising department and they are responsible for their respective buyer and they follow up each order from fabric to shipment stage. Our merchandisers always inform the buyers about the real situation of the production. No information is left untreated and every information is immediately forwarded to the right department of buyers which makes a clear idea to them about production and shipment.
Supply Chain: To achieve our targeted goal within quality and minimum time we strongly practice supply chain management. From the procurement of raw material to final output our highly skilled specialist engage themselves every stage of production to ensure quality according to the requirements of buyers. We consider supply chain management as an integral part of our company for conducting route cause analysis, cost controlling through reliable sourcing and stepwise cost calculation, wastage control and in time shipment.
Quality Assurance: We have lot of experience about ready made garments and good idea regarding best quality. We have strong and highly skilled quality control department and they check quality at every stage of production. Quality reports at every stages of production is prepared and submitted to the merchandising department who communicate with buyers. Accepted Quality Level (AQL) during final inspection is set according to requirements of respective buyer.
Evaluation of Factory: Since every buyer has a code of conduct to obey the factories during the production. Our technical team visits the factories to ensure the implementation of code of conduct. They also advices the factories about the process routes, chemicals to be used, operation control, house-keeping etc. to reduce the cost of material and process and keeping the environment clean and green.
